1. ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be granted for certain platform-related fees if the request is made within 30 days of payment.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Completed services performed by contractors or freelancers
- Instant-access digital features
- Listing fees (if specified as non-refundable)
3. REFUND PROCESS
Email Contractorsin.PH@gmail.com with:
- Your name
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
